Rail Projects Manager Eynsham (office based) £34k - 40k plus benefits Are you an experienced project leader with a passion for precision, innovation, and problem-solving? Our client, a global leader in engineering and environmental geophysics, is looking for a Rail Projects Manager to take ownership of their rail inspection and survey projects — from planning to execution and delivery. What You’ll Do As the Rail Projects Manager, you’ll lead the coordination of worldwide rail inspection surveys, working with cross-functional teams including data capture specialists, processing technicians, and client stakeholders : Manage the full lifecycle of railway inspection projects Build and maintain project schedules, tracking timelines and budgets Oversee multi functional teams and collaborate across departments to ensure successful delivery Communicate directly with clients, translating technical data into actionable insight Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring top-tier safety and compliance standards What You’ll Bring A proven track record of delivering multi-phase technical or infrastructure projects Strong leadership and communication skills Budget and risk management expertise Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or equivalent project management tools A knack for translating technical detail Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies A calm, solutions-focused approach to complex challenges Full specialist training will be provided for key software.
