Job Description
Job Title : Registered Manager
Location : Surrey, England
Duration : Permanent role
Salary : £45,000 / Yr.
Type : On-site
Speciality : Learning disability, Complex needs, Mental health in a residential setting.
We are seeking a Level 4 Care Manager for a couple of services in Southeast England area, which were created with the specific purpose of assisting individuals as they transition out of long-term care facilities and begin to develop new lives in the neighbourhood.
You'll need to be versatile, flexible, and able to supervise employees so that they can help people regain their independence through empowerment, active support, risk-taking that is constructive, and creative thinking. This is a high support service, supporting people with LD, autism and mental health
Experience and qualifications :
- Experienced in supporting individuals with complex care needs and well-versed in the Mental Health Act 2017.
- Committed to fostering a fair, respectful, and psychologically and physically safe environment that leverages people's strengths and promotes a shared vision, enabling individuals to receive the support they need to lead fulfilling, everyday lives.
