Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our reputable client, to recruit for an Executive Assistant, to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis, situated in Belfast city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure an attractive, flexible role and establish a long-term career within a growing business. The Executive Assistant is an integral role within the business, responsible for co-ordinating the diaries of senior management, ensuring the confirmation of travel arrangements and organisation of key business meetings. Duties of this role include : Managing the diaries of Senior management, with an aim of tying availability together to confirm key internal meetings. Coordinating all travel, liaising with relevant stakeholders to confirm flights, trains, taxi and any required accommodation. Arranging internal events, including team building days, workshops and social events. General office administrative duties, including maintaining office supplies, email correspondence, and providing a point of contact for inbound calls. Facilities management, ensuring issues are raised to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution. High level of attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a varied role. The Right Person for this role will have previous experience working in a similar role, where they have demonstrated an ability to work autonomously and provide executive support. You will be an excellent communicator and have exceptional attention to detail. The right candidate for this role will possess strong IT skills and be highly motivated. The Package for this role includes flexible, part-time (20-25) working hours Monday-Friday, and a competitive salary of £30,000 pro rata.
