Survey Manager East London£55K Repairs and Maintenance Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known social housing company based in East London who are looking for a highly skilled Stock Condition Survey Manager to join their team.They are looking for an experienced Survey Manager who is experienced in managing a team of Stock Condition Surveyors and contracts.Management of all members of staff associated with stock condition surveys, administration, and data collection of stock condition information.Setting and managing the annual stock condition survey plan to ensure agreed stock condition programme is delivered annually to make effective investment decisions, predict building element failure, and estimate costs in advance.Ensuring that stock condition surveys across our portfolio are accurately and consistently recorded to update the organisation's asset register.Provide assurance on the quality of completed survey work, via the management of external consultants.Provide internal expert advice in the surveying field on all manner of property related matters.Work closely with all other staff within the Asset Strategy team providing technical advice and support on all aspects of asset management.Analysis of data to ensure compliance with Decent Homes and the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) with knowledge of the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018.Key Knowledge : Experience o...
