THE COMPANY

With an innovative and creative approach, this specialist event agency are renowned for delivering events for some of the UK’s most established brands and clients! Predominantly organising award ceremonies, conferences, incentives and product launches, they are now in a position to grow the team with the addition of a Creative person

The team are like no-other, with varied skills, they work extremely collaboratively and progress within the business – no one ever leaves as the Directors are still very hands on and reward their team and ensure everyone is happy with their role. As a Creative Director you will have the opportunity to lead the visuals from the front and create a huge impact whilst joining them on this exciting journey!

THE ROLE

As a Creative Director you will wear multiple hats and be a huge part of the team and business. You will be passionate about innovative brand communication and immersive experiences, whilst thriving on turning complex challenges into inspiring solutions.

Responsibilities will include :

• Experience of designing immersive experiences and exhibition stands
• You will be a strategic member of the team and lead the creative direction
• Experience of being a Designer - whether sketching out concepts, employing design thinking, or mastering tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp etc…
• Working closely with clients and building great relationships throughout this
• Drove innovative strategies while upholding high creative standards and fostered solid relationships with both internal and external partners.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Creative Director with a background of designing within the exhibition and immersive space background. This role also requires for someone to have experience of working with clients and developing relationships further.
