Social Worker - Older People & Hospital Social WorkerThe assignment is for 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.£28 - 36 per hourWe currently have a short term vacancy for a Social Worker to work in our Older People & Hospital Social Work Services.The suitable candidate will be expected to deliver a high quality social work service to older people, and their families / carers, who are deemed vulnerable or needing support.They will need to work with the citizen, carers and families to promote independence and provide support where necessary, ensuring that the citizen, families and carers are at the centre of decision making about their lives and the outcomes that they want to achieve.Skills and qualifications required :

• Social Work Qualified, minimum 3 years post qualified plus technology & software skills
• Registered with Social Care Wales.
