We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support a great construction business. This role focuses on executing and optimising digital initiatives with an emphasis on content performance, and user engagement. The successful candidate will collaborate with the wider team to support internal and external communications, maintain digital channels, and drive measurable growth through insight-led strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyse and report on digital campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) , providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation of SEO best practices , including on-page optimization, keyword research, and technical SEO audits to improve website visibility.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of social media content , ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand standards.
- Coordinate and distribute internal email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp.
- Perform routine website updates including content refreshes, landing page creation, and minor troubleshooting in collaboration with web developers or IT as needed.
- Monitor digital trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and performance improvement.
- Maintain and organise campaign assets, reports, and schedules to support project management across the marketing team.
- Manage and maintain mailing lists (GDPR-compliant).
- Archive and tag digital assets for easy access and reuse.
