Job description

My client based in a rural location close to Thame is seeking a keen and dynamic Sales Engineer .

Responsibilities will include :

Visiting customers and discussing the best products for their requirements
Preparing plans with detailed drawings, including project specifications and cost estimates
Coordinating and leading the installation team through the project, always ensuring customer satisfaction
Producing quotes in Sage
Producing parts and builds of quantity in AutoCAD
Completing technical and regulatory documents
Sales and service work including follow up
Client liaison, including telephone and site visits
Project management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

Essential qualifications and skills :

Previous work experience in a similar role

Engineering degree or BTEC Level 3 or Extended diploma in Engineering

AutoCAD LT - 2 Dimensional Drawings; BOHS P601 / P602 - desirable but not essential, training available.

Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, including creating and delivering presentations to clients

Knowledge of Sales
