WBL Trainer in Leadership and Management

Join our dynamic team at Bridgend College as a Work-Based Learning Trainer specialising in Leadership and Management. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, delivering, and assessing flexible, high-quality training programmes that meet the needs of internal and external partners. Your engaging and motivational delivery style will inspire learners, while your proactive approach will help forge new employer partnerships and grow our Leadership and Management provision.

We are looking for someone ideally educated to degree level or holding an equivalent qualification in leadership or management, along with a TAQA Level 3 (or equivalent) and potentially TAQA Level 4. You should have the ability to connect with a diverse range of learners and inspire individuals from all backgrounds to achieve their full potential.

Salary : £29,004 - £47,174 pro rata per annum, dependent on qualifications.

Hours are negotiable for the right candidate. This role offers flexible working options, including part-time and full-time hours, to suit both the individual and the evolving needs of our courses. Please get in touch for further information.
