Principal Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for a company within the Transport sector for the role of Principal Surveyor. ROLE OVERVIEW

Location : Milton Keynes / Hybrid

Package : £85,000 + Excellent Benefits

Industry : Public Sector / Transport

What you’ll be doing :

• Lead the successful delivery of the Development Consent Order (DCO), securing all required land access and acquisition rights
• Oversee stakeholder engagement, managing consultations with landowners and their representatives to ensure cooperation and timely resolution of issues
• Manage external suppliers and consultants, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and governance standards; implement corrective actions where necessary to maintain delivery performance
