Freelance Quantity Surveyor | Tier 1 Developer | Milton Keynes 🚨 📍 Location : Milton Keynes 💰 Rate : £300–£400 per day (Outside IR35, depending on experience) 🕒 Start Date : Immediate 🏗️ Project : £300m+ Major Residential & Infrastructure Scheme 🔧 Focus : Groundworks & Infrastructure Packages A leading Tier 1 developer is urgently seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a landmark £300m+ development in Milton Keynes. You'll be working on the infrastructure and groundworks packages of the project, helping drive commercial performance during a crucial early phase of this high-profile scheme. ✅ Key Responsibilities :

• Management of groundworks and civils sub-contract packages
• Procurement, cost reporting, valuations, variations, and payments
• Site-based commercial support and liaison with project delivery teams
• Reporting into the Senior Commercial Manager and supporting wider team as required 🔍 Requirements :
• Strong groundworks and infrastructure experience essential
• Proven track record working with Tier 1 main contractors or developers
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
• Available for immediate start
