OVERVIEW :

• The appointed conveyancer will manage a caseload of residential property matters
• Your caseload will consist of, sales, re-mortgages, freeholds, leaseholds, and new plot purchases
• In this role, you will provide excellent service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing
• The firm are looking for experienced solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers with around 2+ years’ PQE.
• Previous experience handling residential conveyancing transactions
• You will be able to run a caseload under minimal supervision
