Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (NQ–5 years PQE) to join a well-respected law firm at its Telford office.

This is a great chance to handle a varied residential caseload while developing your career in a forward-thinking, supportive environment known for high-quality work and a strong team culture.

The Role

You’ll manage a full spectrum of residential property matters including :

Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
Remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership
Right to Buy, Help to Buy, easements and lease extensions
High-value and countryside properties

You’ll also contribute to business development initiatives and support the wider team by sharing expertise and best practices.

About You

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ–5 PQE) with residential conveyancing experience

Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness

Excellent client communication and file management skills

A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
