We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the KEaH Dartford, Gravesend and Swanley Enablement Team. With an office based at Civic Centre, Gravesend and an expectation to deliver support in Dartford, Swanley, Gravesend and surrounding areas.
The Kent Enablement at Home service is one of the leaders in its field. With excellent work benefits and one of the most comprehensive training programmes we believe in investing in both our staff as well as the residents of Kent.
Enablement is all about taking an individual on a journey to independence or reducing the long-term care needs. This would be though planned support with aspects of daily living including personal care, whilst working for and alongside a structured team to include the Enablement Locality Organiser, Enablement Supervisors, Social Workers, Occupational Therapist and various multi agency partners in KCC and health.
