The role

As a senior member of our UK Sales team, you’ll create your own go-to-market strategies to actively acquire new business opportunities. Using data, insights and your network, you’ll identify opportunities to create value and grow the Soldo business.

A thought leader on fintech, you’ll use your knowledge and skills to identify new business, potential areas to grow, customer trends and partnership opportunities. You’ll represent Soldo at a senior client level and will host and speak at marketing and industry events.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll deliver complex solutions to a wide range of clients and will work cross functionally within Soldo, to share your knowledge of our customers, competitors and the marketplace - shaping future product direction.

You’ll also be involved in improving our internal processes, as well as coaching and developing members of the Sales team.

We're looking for someone who must have :

  • Achieving Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by utilizing a hunter mentality to develop a predictable and robust outbound pipeline, in addition to inbound leads. Identify, develop, and convert high-value opportunities by strategically targeting and engaging potential clients within your designated territory.
  • Holistic Selling : Adopt a comprehensive selling approach that engages multiple stakeholders and departments within target organizations. Identify and articulate multiple use cases to each prospect, ensuring the proposal addresses broad organizational needs and positions our offering as a strategic initiative critical to their success.
  • Sales tools expertise : Demonstrate best-in-class proficiency in utilizing sales tools. Outside best-in-class Salesforce management, our team is using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, Salesloft among other outreach automation platforms. Ensure accurate data capture and the continuous improvement of sales metrics. Actively share best practices and insights with the rest of the team to elevate overall sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Building Compelling Business Cases : Develop and present persuasive ROI analyses and business cases to prospects, highlighting the tangible and strategic benefits of adopting our solutions. Focus on motivating potential clients to reevaluate their current status quo by demonstrating clear value and potential for significant improvement.
  • Subject Matter Expertise and Collaboration : Act as the subject matter expert and a thought leader in the payments and spend management market. Maintain a keen awareness of market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes. Actively collaborate with marketing, professional services, and product teams to relay customer insights and market demands, ensuring collective success and strategic direction of the business.
  • Achieve set sales targets, KPIs and performance metrics. Selling high ROI solutions to C level stakeholders, navigating sometimes complex sales cycles, building consensus across multiple business units and stakeholders to successfully drive the sales processes to a close
