This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, challenging behaviour, or additional learning barriers. Position Summary : As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will work closely with students who may show signs of emotional or behavioural difficulties. Your role will be to help manage and de-escalate challenging situations, support emotional regulation, and promote positive behaviour in and out of the classroom. You will work 1 : 1 or in small groups to build trusting relationships and help students feel more confident and included in their learning environment.
