A Primary school in Sheffield is looking to recruit an LSA to support disengaged students with SEMH between the ages of 4-10 years. This role is dedicated to those who want to inspire students with SEMH (social emotional mental health). The right candidate will need to be confident with de-escalation strategies and know how to handle challenging behaviours. Resilience and hard work are a must. An outdoors / sports / activity coordinator background would also be great, as this role entails a lot of outdoor activities. You must be available to work between the hours of 8 : 30am-4 : 00pm Mon - Fri.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
