Monitoring We?re searching for a highly qualified Collaboration Architect to help us to aggressively expand our capability to deliver infrastructure transformation projects at scale.

In your role you will support the Head of Transformation Projects and the transformation team to design and deliver M365 and EUC migration projects for multiple customers across a broad range of industry verticals.

The Collaboration Architect should have a strong background in collaboration tools and end user compute (EUC) architecture. You will design and implementation Microsoft M365 migrations, including Identity and Access Management platform and EUC devices.

You must have experience working with leading M365 migrations and be able to design the entire solution end to end including detailed planning.

As part of the newly founded team, you will contribute to the standards, processes & tooling of the Transformation team, defining the standards for delivery and quality in the collaboration space.

The role will be delivery focused, but you will also be involved end to end from pre-sales to implementation. You will use your expertise to advise customers who are embarking on a migration journey of the benefits and drawbacks of the options presented to them, and any pitfalls. You will get to meet a variety of customers and work across various industries to deliver successful outcomes.

The Collaboration Architect will work with the Programme Manager, other Technical Architects, Technical SMEs, customers and all relevant stakeholders to ensure delivery of the portfolio of projects within agreed standards for delivery and quality.

This is a hybrid role with presence in either the Hexaware offices, or client locations, when necessary. Ad hoc travel will be required depending on the customer or project.

  • A good understanding of IT infrastructure across cloud platforms and on-premises, including networks, security & project delivery

Responsibilities

  • Create and document a templated project process for delivering M365 migrations in a structured, repeatable manner.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their collaboration needs and design comprehensive solutions using various productivity platforms.
  • Lead the implementation of collaboration tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tends and technologies in M365 and collaboration in general to continuously improve solution offerings.
  • Coaching junior team members to develop their collaboration expertise
  • Experience

  • 10+ years of commercial experience in collaboration and EUC as an Engineer
  • 3+ years of experience as Collaboration Architect or similar role.
  • Experience in large scale transformation and migration in the collaboration space, specifically to M365 from both on-prem and from cloud platforms. Experience in Google Workspace is a bonus
  • Experience with M365 migrations using Avepoint is essential. Other similar tools considered a bonus.
  • Experience with Intune & JAMF
  • Experience & conceptual understanding of the following :
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
