About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HCPC-registered Psychologist to join our growing neuro-rehabilitation and brain injury service in the Cheadle / Stoke area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with adults with complex neurological conditions, including acquired and traumatic brain injuries, across two specialist inpatient wards (10-bed and 8-bed units).
You will work as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, and support workers. The role is flexible and open to applicants interested in either full-time (37.5 hours / week) or part-time consultant work (3 days / week).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions to adults with acquired brain injuries and neurocognitive impairments.
Support patients across two dedicated wards (10-bed and 8-bed) specialising in post-acute neuro-rehabilitation and cognitive support.
