We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team. Working within different sections of the kitchen, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the food we serve meets our 5-star standards.

What You Will Be Doing

Preparing guest and staff food in different sections within the kitchen
Following all food safety and hygiene procedures and regulations
Training and monitoring junior staff in food preparation
Contributing to a collaborative, positive kitchen environment

Is this role right for me?

We’re Looking For Individuals With

Previous experience in a similar role in a main kitchen

NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent (Level 3 is desirable)

Experience across different sections of the kitchen

Good written and spoken English, a flexible attitude, and a passion for food

Creativity and enthusiasm, with a love for working as part of a team
