The Role We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join the pre-construction team. This is a critical role within the business, supporting the bid and tendering process for new and upcoming projects. Key Responsibilities : Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for new build and refurbishment projects. Evaluate tender documents, specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations. Work closely with the Pre-Construction and Commercial teams to deliver winning bids.
