This position involves supporting a young lady in Carsphairn, Dumfries and Galloway, with mobility challenges due to a physical disability. The role requires patience, sensitivity, a good sense of humor, and the ability to support mobility needs, including pushing a wheelchair over distances.

The work is approximately 8 hours per week, possibly over 2 or 3 days, with flexible scheduling. Due to the rural location, applicants must have their own vehicle for work purposes; mileage and travel expenses will be discussed during the interview. The pay rate is £12.60 per hour, with paid annual leave of 5.6 weeks pro rata. Experience in care is advantageous but not essential. A PVG check is required.
