Job description

Job Description

Provide efficient clerical support to all employees within the establishment and assist in delivering front line services to users. This role supports the promotion, delivery, and integration of the Council's key objectives, including the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, and Best Value.

Requirements

The duties involve Regulated Work with children and / or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants must become a PVG Scheme member or have an updated PVG Scheme Record before employment is confirmed. PVG records are regularly updated, and any relevant disclosures will be discussed prior to employment.

The Individual

This is a temporary, part-time position based at Bellsbank ECC, Bellsbank, until 16 August 2026. The role is 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 1 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 pm, at the discretion of the Line Manager. The full-time salary ranges from £24,333 to £25,353 annually; the part-time salary is proportional, between £17,381 and £18,109. This position is not term-time only.
