Base data

We are looking for

Scheduling of transport orders, regular tours and additional orders
Deployment planning of drivers and vehicles
Contact person for drivers (m / f / x) in day-to-day operations
Tour support for the entire site fleet
Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements in the area of responsibility
Compliance with and control of the specified quality and service indicators
Responsibility for the accompanying administrative processes
Participation, implementation and continuous optimization of the expansion of our transport logistics services

Required

Completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or completed commercial vocational training

First professional experience in transport logistics / scheduling

Assertiveness and organizational skills as well as comprehensive thinking and action

Independent and self-responsible working style

Good IT skills (MS Office, Excel, freight forwarding software)

Willingness to work shifts in 3 shifts and be on call on weekends (1-2 times a month)
