Designer

Are you a creative thinker who lives at the intersection of design and big ideas? FCB Health London is looking for a Designer to join our dynamic creative team.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in bringing ideas to life—translating concepts into beautiful, effective, and engaging visuals across a wide range of deliverables. You’ll be hands-on in shaping the look and feel of work that makes a real difference.

You'll collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and creative leads—acting as the bridge between raw ideation and refined design execution. A strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand systems, and the ability to flex across mediums is essential.

We're especially keen to meet designers who are fluent in AI tools such as MidJourney and Firefly —comfortable using cutting-edge technology to push creative boundaries and support rapid prototyping and concept development.

What you’ll bring :

• A portfolio showcasing thoughtful design across multiple formats
• Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment
• A solid grasp of ideation and concept development
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI-assisted tools like MidJourney and Firefly
• An eye for detail and a passion for craft
• Collaborative spirit and the ability to take creative direction with enthusiasm
