Your Role as an ECT Physics Teacher As a Physics Teacher at our state school in Telford, your responsibilities will include :

• Teaching Physics across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and potentially Key Stage 5, depending on your experience and interest in A-Level teaching.
• Planning and delivering dynamic, interactive lessons that engage and challenge students of all abilities.
• Leading practical experiments to bring Physics to life and help students apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the Physics curriculum remains up-to-date, inclusive, and stimulating.

• Participating in school-wide activities, including extracurricular clubs and events, to further enhance the student experience. Who We’re Looking For We are looking for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) who :
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Physics or a closely related field.
• Is passionate about teaching Physics and eager to inspire students to explore and understand the subject.
• Demonstrates strong communication and organisational skills, with a commitment to engaging students of all abilities.
