Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our PACE Broking team at Marsh . This role is based in the London office and follows a hybrid model requiring at least three days in the office per week.

Role Summary

As a Senior Entertainment Broker (Leader) , you will deliver exceptional service to clients in the live music industry, working closely with insurers, clients, and colleagues to provide broking services focused on contingency and personal accident insurance for major events and artists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client strategy implementation for new business and renewals in collaboration with broking colleagues.
  • Understand clients’ needs, insurance requirements, and risk management strategies; communicate these effectively to insurers.
  • Generate new leads within the Marsh network and maintain high-quality client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients on music insurance queries, ensuring responses within 24 hours.
  • Research and analyze to design suitable insurance programs, providing recommendations and market insights.
  • Utilize online trading systems like PPL Next Gen and participate in client and insurer meetings.
  • Contribute to risk management strategies and ensure operational procedures are followed, including using the Fusion portal.
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurers, seeking feedback on Marsh’s service quality.

Candidate Requirements

  • Extensive broking or underwriting experience in contingency or entertainment insurance.
  • Experience with global placements and multinational program design is desirable.
  • Established market and client relationships.
  • Knowledge of clients’ business issues, insurance programs, and service plans.
