The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Partnerships & Strategy team. As a Lead, you will :

  • Manage relationships with banking partners and develop negotiation strategies.
  • Ensure smooth information flow across teams, aligning commercial and strategic goals.
  • Drive impactful partnerships that benefit the business.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities using sector knowledge and industry relationships.
  • Manage the process of partner identification, pitching, negotiation, and operationalization.
  • Oversee regulatory licenses from a product perspective.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, making high-impact decisions.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, product, and compliance teams.
  • Balance short-term and long-term priorities across multiple projects.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategies and maximize opportunities.

    • About You

  • Experience in a similar fintech role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a clear product vision.
  • Knowledge of how banks and financial institutions operate.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of financial licensing frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with all stakeholder levels.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
