We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer with a proven track record to join our dynamic Design team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape and enhance our customer experience. You will employ both strategic and tactical problem-solving, user-centred holistic thinking, and exceptional design skills to create value and delight for Artsy’s customers. Your role involves crafting engaging, seamless UX&D solutions that empower collectors to discover new artists, stay updated on their favourites, and grow their collections purposefully.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams, working iteratively to research, shape the roadmap, and set a collective vision. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that is transforming the art marketplace to support more artists and art globally.
What You'll Do :
- Lead product design projects across the lifecycle and multiple product launches, driving innovative design solutions and influencing the product roadmap.
- Provide strategic design leadership to shape a cohesive vision for user experience across cross-functional teams.
- Create design concepts, artefacts, and prototypes to deliver a premium experience for collectors.
- Mentor and coach less-experienced designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify product insights and make informed design decisions.
- Strengthen cross-collaborative relationships, inviting input and creating visibility into processes to build shared knowledge of customer interactions.
- Facilitate group conversations and workshops to uncover opportunities and generate ideas.
- Take full ownership of your work, ensuring responsibility for every detail.
- Proactively share relevant information across teams and articulate your work to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

This role will be based in London.5+ years of product design experience in agile cross-functional teams or similar.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design and UX, with specific examples of insight-driven design and prototyping.Deep understanding of user psychology and behaviour, with a track record of translating insights into impactful design solutions.Proficient in prototyping and familiar with the latest design tools and technologies.Experience with large-scale, complex systems and services.Strong skills in typography, composition, and visual design fundamentals.A robust UCD practice that shapes your design process for great outcomes.Conducted various user research methods (usability testing, user interviews, surveys) and synthesised findings into actionable insights.It's an added plus if you have experience in content strategy, creating user-centric content, and collaborating with content creators and marketers for consistency and quality.What We Offer :
