Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic commercial and legal advice to internal teams (e.g., sales, client services, product, operations) on a variety of legal and compliance issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including master services agreements, confidentiality agreements, order forms, statements of work, RFPs, client contracts, partnership agreements, and vendor / supplier agreements.
• Conduct face-to-face negotiations with clients and partners.
• Advise on and draft privacy-related documentation, such as privacy policies, and data sharing agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Monitor and analyse existing and proposed legislation and regulations (e.g., in privacy, contract, and advertising law) to ensure business compliance and provide sound commercial advice.
• Develop and deliver training to business teams on contract and compliance matters.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal policies and processes.
• Identify and assess legal risks and opportunities and proactively manage legal issues relevant to the industry.
