What you will do

• Providing advice on legal issues arising from management of construction contracts
• Advising on  terms and conditions, NDAs, regulatory compliance, terminations and / or renewal of commercial contracts
• Providing legal support to other areas including advice on the current and future operational contracts, and public law including data protection
• Assisting in the development of and to implement processes and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective provision of services across our company
