Key Duties (including but not limited to) :
Managing the delivery of multiple projects across a portfolio of clients and responsibilities, ensuring that work is done on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Where multiple services are provided, work across all practices to ensure that the same standards are metTaking on a wide-ranging portfolio of work while developing client exposure and essential business skillsPreparing client communications, presentations and reports and attending meetings with clientsDeveloping and maintaining a good working relationship with your clients and third parties. Proactively raise topical issues and new ideas with clients in conjunction with the Client DirectorReview or check actuarial calculations. For example (but not limited to) in respect of scheme funding, company accounting work, actuarial factors and individual member calculationsAssociate or fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (or equivalent recognised actuarial qualification) with relevant pensions experience. Scheme Actuary certificate not requiredRelevant pensions experience and an understanding of the legislative framework for UK pension schemes, commensurate with the level of experience in pensions actuarial workA sound grounding in actuarial and computer techniquesFirst class interpersonal and client relationship management skillsFirst class organisational and communication abilitiesJ-18808-Ljbffr
