Director of Business Development – Bristol Region

Location : Bristol (Hybrid)

We are delighted to be working with a leading UK accountancy and advisory firm to recruit a strategic and results-driven Director of Business Development for their Bristol office. This is a unique opportunity to shape regional growth strategy and drive commercial success across a dynamic and expanding business.

Key Responsibilities :

Originate and convert new business opportunities across the Bristol region.
Build and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients and strategic partners.
Lead regional sales activity, including events, networking, and alliance development.
Collaborate with partners and marketing teams to develop winning proposals and campaigns.
Drive commercial behaviours and embed business development best practices across teams.
Analyse market trends to identify new services, products, and growth channels.
Champion the use of sales tools and data to track performance and inform strategy.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in BD / Sales within professional or Financial Services.

You should have Strong strategic negotiation and relationship management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels across multiple business lines.
