Job Title : Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home

Location : Radstock, Bath

Salary : £35,276 per annum (includes 1 sleep-in per week)

Working Hour : Mix of 07 : 30–21 : 30 (on shift) and 08 : 30–16 : 30 (admin shifts)

Number of Sleeps Required : 1 per week

Pay Per Sleep : £63

Service : Children’s Home

Service Users : YPs with Learning Disabilities and Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

Qualifications Required : NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare

Experience in Years Required : Minimum 1 year in a children’s residential care setting as a Senior Support Worker

Experienced in residential childcare with a minimum of 1 year in a senior role

NVQ Level 3 qualified with a UK driving licence

Strong communicator with nurturing and empathetic leadership

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered
