we’re looking for a Deputy Manager to join our team! We offer residential support for eight autistic males and females, and people who have a learning disability.About the role :

• As a Deputy Manager you will split your time between the office and the floor, supporting individuals.
• Flexibility required : cover evenings, occasional night shifts, and rotate on-call duties. What we are looking for :
