Contract type : Full Time (37.5 hours) - Permanent Location : Glasgow, Strathclyde International Study CentreSalary : Up to £30,000 per annumTo be part of the Student Experience Team and be responsible for coordinating student progression, support and transition activities within the centre. The post holder will be operationally managed by the Student Experience Leader and will be responsible for the operational management of the Progress Coaches. You will play a vital role in achieving the delivery of the best possible student experience.ABOUT THE ROLE

• Responsibility for the provision of progression and transition support within the centre and the related administration and secure record-keeping.
• Plan and implement Academic?Success tutorials.?
• Act as a personal tutor and provide?1 : 1?personal development,?academic?and progression?counselling to students.??
• Collaborate within the ISC network to design and create learning materials?around study skills, transition and employability?for?Academic?Success tutorials.?
• Update and maintain the virtual learning environment and embed alternative digital learning technologies into delivery.??
• Track VLE analytics and gather data on work completion to identify gaps and actions for students.
