Technical Pre-Sales Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join our ever-expanding company, based at our branch in Telford.

The primary task of this role is to generate, increase and retain sales developments for the ClimaTech Division. You will need a Level 3 certification in Plumbing and Heating or Air Conditioning qualification, or equivalent hands-on experience.

About the Role

• Prepare accurate and competitive customer quotes.
• Provide heat loss calculations to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
• Assist installers with expert advice and support on system design and installation.
• Technical support by liaising with manufacturers to offer pre- and post-sales support.
• Customer needs interpretation by liaising with colleagues to ensure accurate requirements.
• Installer training : Ensure appropriate certification is held by installers.
• Coordinate delivery with colleagues and installers to ensure a seamless delivery process.
