Key Responsibilities : Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring top-tier customer service and satisfaction. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base. Sell to businesses, wholesalers, interior designers, and direct retailers. Upsell and cross-sell products while maintaining long-term relationships with customers. Process orders efficiently and manage customer inquiries. Travel as needed to meet clients (some months may require multiple visits, while others may require fewer). What We’re Looking For : Experience in sales and account management (electrical sector experience is advantageous but not essential). Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams). A passion for learning and improving product knowledge. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent client interaction and communication skills. A friendly, professional, and driven attitude to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Experience using CRM databases for communication and appointment tracking. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and sales targets. Flexibility to travel and communicate with clients outside of UK office hours when required. Willingness to undertake training modules set out by the company.
