Days - 24 hours per week

Essential you have experience and undertanding of Complex Dementia Care in a nursing home setting

As an advocate for our residents, you will play a crucial role in planning daily activities, creating tailored care plans, and ensuring individualised needs and choices are met. Key responsibilities of the role include :

• Medication administration and care planning
• Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to our residents
• Ensuring principles of safeguarding are maintained
• Taking responsibility of shifts as Nurse in charge
• Team management and shift planning
• Infection prevention and control
• Liaising with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams
• Upholding clinical governance standards
