Tractor Drivers & Spray Operators

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Tractor Drivers to join our hardworking team on a busy and progressive farms. If you have experience in operating a range of agricultural machinery, take pride in your work, and enjoy being part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Operating tractors and a variety of farm machinery (e.g., ploughs, cultivators, sprayers, trailers)
• Assisting with planting, harvesting, and general crop maintenance
• Carrying out daily machinery checks and basic maintenance
• Supporting with general farm duties as required

Requirements :

Overtime (1.25x base rate) is paid after 52.5 hours.

Pay dependent on experience, starting at £38,000 plus overtime.

On average, our tractor drivers earn between £45,000 – £48,000 a year.
