Maintenance Electrician

Location : Coventry

Salary : £40,000 basic + £150 standby allowance (1 in 5 weeks)

Contract : Permanent | 40 hours per week

Benefits : 25 days holiday + bank holidays, van and fuel card provided

Hours : Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (2 weeks 9am-5pm, 2 weeks 6am-3pm)

Weekend work : 1 weekend in 5

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-respected Building Services company seeking a Maintenance Electrician to support a manageable patch of leisure sites across Coventry. This permanent role offers consistency, a great team environment, and genuine respect for your time.

The role :

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across electrical systems
• Attend reactive maintenance issues as required
• Participate in a 1-in-5 on-call rota (standby hours 4 : 30pm - 10 : 00pm; callouts are rare)
