• The Role
• Your role will be to truly listen to our guests, anticipate their needs, and strive to achieve 100% guest satisfaction.

You will assist with restaurant reservations, booking tours or transport, offering local recommendations, and handling special requests such as celebrations or last-minute needs.

As a knowledgeable and friendly point of contact, you’ll ensure guests feel welcomed, informed, and well cared for throughout their stay.

A good knowledge of the surrounding area is essential to provide helpful and accurate recommendations.

Key duties include greeting guests on arrival and guiding them to the reception area, helping to create a smooth and memorable first impression.

• The Person
• You’ll have previous experience in a similar role and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.

With a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable guest experiences, you enjoy helping others and take pride in the details.

You’ll have a can-do attitude and the flexibility to respond to a variety of guest requests and situations.

While knowledge of the local area is helpful, being keen to learn and stay informed about what’s happening locally is essential.

You should have a good command of the English language.
