The Role

• Lead and develop the Psychology department , ensuring outstanding teaching and learning at KS4 and KS5 .
• Oversee curriculum design, integrating contemporary psychological theories and research.
• Inspire and support a team of teachers, promoting best practices in pedagogy and assessment.
• Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to drive whole-school initiatives and student achievement.
• Monitor student progress, implementing strategies to enhance attainment and engagement in Psychology.
