MERITUS Talent are working with a large industrial consultancy for the recruitment of a Project Manager to join their Staffordshire office on a permanent basis.

Summary of Role :

A Project Manager is required to manage a series of projects to deliver upgrades / modifications to existing Transmission substation protection and control systems for National Grid and other customers in the Power Transmission industry. The Project Manager will ideally have some experience gained in delivering projects, based in these disciplines to the Power Transmission industry or similar. This role will include occasional travel to customer sites.

Role Description :

• Management role responsible for various projects, typically in the range of £50K to £600K, from inception through to delivery within demanding timescales
• Ensuring that the project is delivered to timescale, specification, budget and customer satisfaction.
• Overall financial responsibility for the projects
• Experience of the management of subcontracts
