We're partnering with a reputable and expanding law costs firm to find a Law Costs Draftsperson who thrives in a remote environment and brings a sharp eye for detail, strong drafting skills, and a proactive approach to cost recovery.

This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours – ideal for those looking to balance autonomy with meaningful legal work across diverse case types.

Role Overview :

You’ll be drafting bills of costs and preparing schedules / statements across a variety of cases including :

• Personal Injury
• Clinical Negligence
• Industrial Disease
• Credit Hire
• Commercial Litigation

You'll also advise clients, attend CCMCs / CMCs, negotiate budgets, and ensure accurate file reviews using Proclaim and CostsMaster .
