We're Hiring : Care Worker

Your key responsibilities will be :

Personal Care

  • Support with daily living activities : bathing, dressing, grooming and toilet
  • Assist with mobility and safe transfers in and out of beds etc
  • Use of mobility aids when required

Health & Medication Support

  • Assist with medication : administration or reminders as prescribed
  • Support with feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration

    • Emotional & Social Support

  • Offer companionship
  • Encourage social interaction and help clients stay connected with loved ones
  • Provide reassurance and emotional wellbeing

    • Domestic Assistance

  • Help with light household tasks including; cleaning, laundry and meal prep
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

    • Communication & Documentation

  • Record and report changes in health, mood, or behaviour
  • Communicate clearly with family members, healthcare professionals, and other team members

    • Personal Advocacy

  • Empower individuals to make choices and decisions about their care
  • Ensure clients rights and dignity are upheld at all times

    • What Were Looking For

    Experience : Previous care experience is helpful but not essential as full training is provided.

    Communication Skills : Strong spoken and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively.

    Drivers License : A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential.

    Flexibility : Ability to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends.

    Access NI enhanced disclosure check will be performed for the post- We adhere to the Access NI code of practice.

  • A criminal record will not necessarily bar you from obtaining this position
