Ceto Talent is proud to be partnering with a globally respected Maritime and Engineering Consultancy. Renowned for their high-calibre response and expert witness work, they deliver fast, trusted insights when the maritime industry needs them most.

As part of continued international growth, they’re seeking a seasoned Master Mariner to join their UK-based team. This is a remote-first role with regular (fully paid) collaboration days in London. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel globally - sometimes at short notice, to attend vessels, support salvage efforts, or contribute to high-impact operations.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Provide expert marine consultancy to a global client base (including P&I Clubs, insurers, brokers, legal firms, and shipowners).
• Attend salvage operations, casualty responses, and wreck removals , often on-site and at short notice.
• Work closely with technical and legal teams to deliver clear, defensible expert opinion reports.
• Travel internationally as required (around 20% of the role).
