With the continued expansion of our award-winning data centre design and build business, Sudlows, who work globally, have a growing portfolio of projects and have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our successful business. Reporting into the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will play a large role in contributing to wider, generalist HR duties whilst ensuring the smooth running of recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities :
- As the key point of contact, working closely with Management to provide best practice advice on topics including disciplinary, capability and absence management
- Writing and updating HR policies ensuring these are in line with current legislation
- Advising line managers and staff on HR policies, best practices, and employment law matters.
- Day-to-day, operational, and administrative tasks that support the broader HR function
- Supporting with the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle
- Maintaining absence data and producing absence reports to inform the payroll process
- Using the ADP HRIS to access, input and compile data
- HR Project work as required What we’re looking for :
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, providing HR advisory support at all levels
- CIPD qualification (or working towards). Will consider equivalent level of experience if suitable.
