Job Summary Care Agency Media, in partnership with Unit Consultancy, is expanding, and we are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join our team as a Business Advisor. Ideally, you will have experience in business development, sales, and the Health & Social Care industry. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our business development function and play a vital role in driving our company’s growth. The Business Advisor will be reporting directly to the director of Unit Consultancy - our partner business, you will be joining a small, close working team that then works with Care Agency Media on a daily basis.. The Opportunity We’re looking for a driven and personable Business Advisor to take ownership of our sales and advisory function. You’ll play a key role in helping aspiring care providers understand our services and make confident, informed decisions about starting their own regulated services. This is a remote-position, working remotely and from Home, reporting directly to the Director of Unit Consultancy and collaborating closely with the Care Agency Media team. Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Make proactive follow-up calls to nurture warm leads and provide guidance
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable service packages
- Conduct video consultations with prospects
- Maintain clear and organised lead tracking using our MYCAM (CRM system)
- Use our GPT-powered support tool to answer complex questions accurately
- Book handovers with senior consultants once leads are qualified
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets (8–10 deals / month)
- Stay up to date with care sector trends, OFSTED / CQC changes, and internal offerings What We're Looking For
- 1+ year in a sales, advisory, or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills — confident, warm, and authentic
- Strong organisational habits with self-motivation to manage your time
- Comfortable using CRMs, AI tools, and remote collaboration platforms
- Willingness to learn about UK health & social care regulations
- Bonus : Experience selling services to small businesses or regulated sectors What We Offer
- Base Salary : £25,000 – £28,000 (DOE)
- Commission : £175 per sale, beyond the target
- OTE : £36,000 – £42,000 per year
