Contract BMS Commissioning Engineer - London Projects Location : Central London and surrounding areas Contract Length : 6 months initially (Outside IR35) Rate : Competitive day rate (DOE) Start Date : ASAP We're working with a leading BMS provider supporting a high volume of new-build and refurbishment projects across London. They're looking for a skilled Contract BMS Commissioning Engineer to join their team on an initial 6-month contract to support the commissioning and delivery of Building Management Systems on a range of commercial sites. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who can take ownership of commissioning tasks and deliver projects to a high technical standard with minimal supervision. The Role You'll be responsible for the full commissioning cycle - from pre-commissioning and software loading to functional testing and final handover. You'll work closely with the project delivery team, attending site meetings, completing witness testing, and ensuring all works are carried out in line with project specs.
